There is nothing wrong with this thread. Free Writing is for developing pieces or a place for writers to just quickly express themselves. If Fellest is having writer's block, and this expressing of self, helps the writing come back, I fully support it.

Please refrain from posting here unless it's something helpful to Fellest.

Fellest - If you want any feedback on these works I'd suggest making them a new thread. Posting multiple works in the same thread will typically lower your chance of getting them viewed (especially with a title like "ignore this thread...)
If you want a space to jot down ideas but aren't concerned with getting feedback just yet I'd suggest keeping them in a word document and storing them on the computer until you're ready to show them to the public. WB has not yet developed a "storage space" for authors.

(and if you want to try "10 minute free writing" for inspiration there are about four threads in the free writing section in which you can do that. Please look to those first. i.e. ten minute writing exercise)

why don't you post your poem in the poetry section?

I'm sure you'd get much more feedback there

I was very interested in this thread until I realized that there actually used to be a piece of writing here. I thought that you had written nothing and given the thread the title "Ignore this thread" as a social experiment to see whether people are more likely to click on a thread with a title telling them not to. Irony! Even more interesting is the fact that it seems to have worked; this thread has over 150 views. But I see now that you had no such intention, which may or may not make a difference. I'm not sure.
