Default Plagiarism

Every aspiring author needs to know exactly what plagiarism is and what the legal ramifications are for plagiarising another author's work. By definition, plagiarism is the unlawful use of someone else's work with the intent to pass it off as your own. It is an offence punishable by law. There are ambiguities, though, but hopefully these two pieces of literature will make those clear:

A piece concentrating on the technicalities of plagiarism:

A piece explaining plagiarism and its many forms:

If you know of any other pieces of literature that you think would help, please PM a staff member.
