I am not sure you can drink Japanese suicide pilots from World War II.

I am thinking this is the recipe:

One Japanese suicide pilot from WWII (wrapped well).
One bottle of good vodka.
One bottle of your favorite orange liqueur.
One bottle of freshly squeezed lime juice.

Toss the pilot.
Mix equal parts of the remaining three ingredients (with the vodka part being equal-est) in a shaker with ice, shake twenty seconds or so, strain into glass and drink.

And there it is! Don't forget to lather, rinse, repeat.

Kamakazi's are self-entitling, which means the more you drink, the more attacks by Japanese suicide pilots from WWII you have survived, thus entitling you to have just one more Kamakazi.
