Good character sketch, but those are just physical stats. Ask yourself the folowing when it comes to this character:
What is her name?
Where does she live and how long has she lived there?
How has her environment affected her inside?
Who are her family members/friends?
What does her house look like (Inside and Outside)?
What are her likes and dislikes?
What is she afraid of?
What does she want most in life?
Is she embarrassed about her looks/tallness?
Does she have a physical or mental quirk of some kind?
Is there someone she loves but doesn't return her affection?
What does she do for a living?
Does she want respect from her peers but doesn't get it because of her childish behaviour?
If you've got a solid view of her in your mind, then try to get into her head. Write all this stuff down and sooner or later a story will start to develop, especially if you find out her goals in life. What are they? How does she go about about trying to achieve them? What things or people stand in her way? Answer these kind of questions and you will see your story form right before your eyes.
Best wishes,
Jillian
