Default Random Fact About Yourself

I like cheese and do not trust anyone who uses that little tiny change pocket in your right jean pocket. Oh, I will never use the word 'Myopic' in any works. No reason, I simply refuse to acknowledge its existence.

What exactly does myopic mean? :S ...

Anyway, back on topic:
In the summer before seventh grade, I read the sixth Harry Potter book for the first time in one day.

Ever since I was little, I've had this strange hatred for Shirley Temple movies. I don't know why. Maybe it was the curly hair.

I can't sleep unless my feet are under the covers. Even if it's really hot.

I always liked Shirley Temple. Maybe that's why I like wearing my hair curly.

I can do a split, I never could when I was younger, but I can now.

I can play pinch harmonics on the guitar with both up and down picks.

I have a large hat collection, including a fedora, a deerstalker, a 1951 army hat, an army captain's beret, a genuine Cold War Russian ushanka, and a plaid Gatsby.

I'm a bad endurance runner, but have never been beaten in a sprint, at least in my living memory.

I hate shopping of any kind, including grocery.

And I'm short, so I secretly stand on chairs when I need to get something high up in my house.

For an embarrassingly long amount of time ( I shan't say how long, so I can preserve what shreds of respect you good people may have for me), I was absolutely certain that cats and dogs were the same species; but with cats being the female and dogs being the male.

I think this is because cats and dogs often go hand in hand, such as girls and guys, and cats are as a rule calm, collected, lithe and come across as far more self controlled, where as dogs are usually bulky, clumsy, easy to read and often do the wrong thing, even if with the best of intentions.

Also, a dog will chase a cat, but run away if the cat turns around and looks at it.

Any people that seek to scold me for my basic comparisons must remember, they were made a while back, but I am still intrigued that some of them might still apply.

Very fine comparisons. After reading your posting, I'm almost inclined to believe you were right.

If I eat Fig Newtons and drink Arctic Shatter Powerade, I get epic heartburn. I tell people I'm allergic to bees, but I'm actually just really scared of them. I have an ancient orange bicycle named Herbert.

So don't do it!

If I'm sitting around barefoot, I wiggle my toes. . .constantly. It drives people crazy, but I don't even realize I'm doing it until someone brings it up.

I don't anymore. I gave up the sugary stuff.

What kind of people are driven crazy by your wiggling toes?

He's named afte Vlad the Impaler for two reasons...

His shape and the fact he's spines are the size of toothpicks!

My mum used to hate him when I lived at home, as he lived on my window sill and every time she opened or closed my window or curtains, he'd attack!

He could use a friend, everyone is intimidated by him.

When I re-pot him I have to use thick gardening gloves and pick him up by wrapping a towel around him.

It's sort of the same principle as moving a whale... only for my protection not his.

It's only ever been an issue once. It was discovered when I had an operation when I was very young and they just couldn't put me to sleep. They can knock me out but they have to use a different combination of drugs. I only found out about its existence when applying for my passport.

I've only ever been to hospital once after that when I hurt myself playing Rugby at school and it was flagged on my medical record.
