Default Considerations for a writing studio

I am considering to purchase a small apartment which I can a room be renovated as my writing studio. My finances is stable and I know I am capable of getting a better place. I was thinking if this purchase can be a good investment in the long run. Any suggestions on what to consider when purchasing a condominium unit?

Is your favorite time to write in the morning or in the evening?

Lamborghinis are wide, so ask they increase the width of the garage space in the plans.

I was always incredibly impulsive. If you have the money, do it. It may not be the right decision, but it'll be exciting either way.

I've had the most success with the prelubricated type.
