I logged on for the first time in a while, only to see broken links all over the place and not too many posts.

Sometimes roadways begin to resemble junk yards.

Yet adaptive vehicles continue to move about.

So, yeah. It's dead. A few of us zombies still moving around, but I'm sure some life loving creatures will be by with a scatter-gun soon to put us out of our misery.

How poetic of you Nick.

Don't think I have it in me to put you all out of your misery. Suppose I'll just linger for a bit, before inconspicuously wandering off again.

Default Is this forum dead?

I really, really, hope not.

I've been here a while and I've gotten used to this place and people. I don't want to even thinking about looking for a new one. How about you?

Funny thing is: there are no new ones. All the writing forums are dead. Even zoetrope.com is sparse. Facebook groups seem to be the new rocket. There you can post something and get 88 inane comments by totally unqualified 'professionals.'

...and then you can fire back with both barrels! 'Fuck you! trolls! Taste my virile vengeance!' Ah what real-time fun!

The thing Chat doesn't understand is that the crew is actually run by a madame who pimps us out and directs from behind the scenes. Don't know her name but I think she's British. Funny accent😀

"...not that I'm a necrophiliac myself..." smiled the goblin who posted upon dead forums if the mood were to take him there at the time, besides who hadn't been back at some point he wondered, then adding "...yes at times I've gone back and stood at the foot of some gravestone relating all these mundane present day details to that past stopped fast hoping that it would still mean something between us still, so in answer to your question of whether this forum is dead now, my answer is what of it either way I'll just return to post all the same...", just the goblin wrote for his ghosts mostly, and for those who cared to keep to show going

It's definitely not as active as it used to be. And the community isn't as nice as they once were either. I've also noticed critics have become less detailed. a goo five years ago people would highlight, red font ideas and more. These days it just seems like "Nice work" or "That sucks". People have probably just moved on to more active communities. I still wouldn't say it's dead just yet though.

Hey Chat Bot! Remember when I joined a few months ago, all gung-ho to kick it with y'all, askin' fer friends and what-not? Then just disappeared of the cliff some like to call "consensus reality"? Well I'm back, for now, with more gung and less ho.
