When you are looking at the thread index for any section there is a symbol on the left, an envelope with letters poking out indicates new posts since your last login, one with an arrow shows you have posted in that thread. So if it is both then there are replies after your post in the thread.

Whether they are a direct reply to your post or another earlier post can determined by reading them.

There is also the ‘New Posts’ button, which shows you all threads with new posts since your last login, the same arrow symbol will show you if you have posted in that thread.

You can also subscribe to a thread, at which point you will be notified when a new post is made in it.

Hope that helps.

If you click on your name in blue, up in your 1st post there, a list will drop down. The last one on the drop down list will read: '"Find all post by nkarabe". If you click on that, it will take you to a page that lists all the posts you've made, with the most recent first. You can click inside anyone of those posts and it will take you to the thread in question.

You should also receive email notification of any replies to posts.

Default Help!

I am not exactly sure how to post to the community. I have a story I would like to post, and it won't let me, because I have to make 5 or more posts to the community. Please help.

*Steals a handful of brownies. Looks for milk, but hears Gaines returning and runs for staff room security.*
