Default Challenge #48 Blood

A very short challenge, that proved to be very difficult.

***

They say blood is thicker than water. I know first hand that is not true. It flows just as easily like water does through pipes. Different taste, different colour, different source, but still necessary for life.

I tried to see how thick the blood of my brother was. It had much likeness to that of my sister, or my mother. Even my fatherís was not very different from theirs.

Now I am ready to test my own. I bet itís much like theirs, and will spray its message on walls or ceiling before coagulating.

I think you did an amazing job with this, it definitely appealed to my love of horror. The first sentence had me hooked. Very creepy, very intense. Great imagery. Thanks for the read.

i like how it is narrated to show that the person is curious as to the density of blood and its properties. curiosity inspires imagination, and this morbid curiosity certainly ignites a zeal to find more of what you want to know in a creative way. curiosity of the blood is always satisfying in horror

I loved it too! Great how all those murders are more a part of an experiment instead of being caused by revenge or anger!
You made an awesome example that stories don't have to be long to be good! =)
