Default Greetings and Salutations

Hello forum members, I am an aspiring author with a very diverse taste in literature; anything from sports to romance. I am a University graduate having majored in both English and Sociology. I currently have two different novels in the works and have very little in the way of unbiased feedback in my daily life, so what better way to remedy that issue than by signing up here?

Receiving helpful tips and criticism from published authors and fellow up and coming writers such as myself can only help me to further polish my craft. I am happy to be aboard and intend to settle in for a long stay.

Oh look at that - 30 views and no one has said hello to you.

WTF?

As that wizened little Indian is reputed to have said: Be the change that you seek.

Hello.

Hello.

Way to go, Nick.

What's that, Mr. Pierce?

Remember all those years you spent associating with Ninja?

Yeah. So?

Well it looks like their invisible aspect has become part of your makeup.

Thanks for the warm welcome!

Not sure what the context of your second post was though, lol. Should I ask?

When left to my own devices I have a tendency to entertain myself.

Filthy habit, I know, but when no one comes forward to give a guy a hand what's one to do, eh?

Hi Cojiro.

Like you, I was very productive without any feedback. And I must say that WB was a God sent to me and helped me become a better writer.

The more you respond to the work of others the more responses you'll get for your work.

Welcome aboard.

Thanks. I certainly didn't register here thinking that I'm a perfect writer, expecting to be validated as such; I am open to all of the constructive criticism that can be thrown my way. I welcome the challenge of being a small fish in a big pond, because the alternative was hardly fulfilling.

Are you no longer running for president as well? Like Mike (Huckabee), it's a long-term procedure. Maybe you're not just any candidate. Just as well. It takes a lot of strength + courage = discipline: or you're over it, just like that!
